OPPORTUNITIES FOR SUPPORT
THE ANNUAL FUND
Make a gift to the Annual Fund which supports both our concerts and education and outreach programs, including free Family Concerts and the administrative infrastructure so essential to the organization. The price of a ticket covers only 50% of the overall cost to present a concert so your contributions help CMA maintain the professionalism that makes your concert experience so rewarding. Contributions of $100 or more are listed in the concert program book.
SPONSOR A CONCERT
Businesses are encouraged to Sponsor a concert. For a contribution of $2,000 a concert will be performed in the name of the corporate sponsor with concert program, radio spots, concert recognition and other appropriate acknowledgments. CMA encourages patronage of the businesses that sponsor CMA concerts.
IN MEMORY OF and IN HONOR OF GIFTS
CMA welcomes special gifts in memory of and in honor of persons designated by the donor or donors. Gifts can be made in honor of birthdays, anniversaries, and other special events as well as in memory of a loved one. Acknowledgment to an honoree or to the family or other appropriate designee for a memorial gift will be made by CMA. All gifts in the amount of $100 or over are listed in the concert program with the donor names and the persons honored or memorialized.
ENDOWMENTS
Consider making a major Endowment gift. Concerts can be named in perpetuity in the name of the person of the donor’s choice. Opportunities for major endowment support begin at $25,000 payable over a three-year period. CMA provides a choice of two funds for those considering endowment support. The permanent endowment is invested in and managed by the Albuquerque Community foundation. The Strategic Reserve Fund, administered by the investment committee of CMA is a quasi-endowment, providing monies for strategic initiatives and emergencies.
